Salvia 25x? (NOT A DRUG) is 25x strong enough..?

Well today I'ma get some 25x I tried it before I know it last for 5mins plus but when I did it , It just made me laugh but I didn't see anything like helusinating or any kind of sort but I think I didn't beacuse I smoked it with a zig zag and I know that's stupid beacuse it was suppose to be with a pipe and or a bong,but do you guys think if I smoke it with a pipe would it make me see stuff? Thanks and is the 25x good to trip out 2 people..?
