If I go to a junior college, will universities frown upon me?

I am currently enrolled in tons of AP classes and extra curricular activities. However, I do not think I will be able to afford a regular university, and my family does not fit into a good financial aid program. Going to a junior college will be a much cheaper route, however, will i still be able to get into those great universities after the JC. Will I still be able to use my extra curricular activities from high school? Or is my college admission resume a clean slate?
